RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Customers have 14 days from the dispatch date (as stated in the dispatch confirmation email) to return items for a refund or exchange.

Exchanges are available to UK customers only

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

All tags must remain attached

Items must be returned in their original packaging

Discounted or promotional items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable

Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility

Original shipping fees are non-refundable

A completed returns form must be included with all returns, clearly stating whether a refund or exchange is requested

Customers must confirm size availability before returning items for an exchange

If the requested size is unavailable, a refund will be processed automatically

Returns that do not meet policy requirements may be rejected and returned at the customer’s expense

Returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until received by Gullyclo
Gullyclo reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not comply with this policy.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We are unable to accept returns for items that:

Show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage

Are stained, stretched, bleached, or otherwise compromised

Carry strong scents such as perfume, deodorant, aftershave, or smoke

Are marked as SALE items
SHIPPING

Orders are dispatched within 3 working days, excluding pre-orders

All orders are sent via a tracked delivery service

Customers are responsible for re-delivery costs if incorrect shipping details are provided

GullyClo is not responsible for items damaged during transit

Once an order has left our warehouse, responsibility transfers to the customer

Customers must ensure they are available to receive their delivery
CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES
International shipping charges do not include customs duties, taxes, or import fees. Any additional charges applied by local customs authorities are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for further information.
